Forest doesn`t save with max save?

Hello Guys

I'm having some problems with forest pack, every time I save and close max scene, when I reopen it the forest disapear, the forest object are on  the object list, but they are empty and in the modifier colum they just appear as mesh. Am I doing something wrong?

What Forest version do you use ?

Please send a scene including that Forest object to support@itoosoft.com, and we will check it.

Im also having this problem, have you managed to find out was was going wrong?

Until now all scenes that we have received with this problem, were created using unauthorized versions of Forest Pro.

If you have this issue and use Forest Lite, please send us the scene to support@itoosoft.com to check it. If you use Forest Pro, please post in the Pro forum using the login credentials included with your license, or contact us by e-mail.

i have  an original copy of the pro software and cant save either, i reintalled the program and checked the licence and it seems to be ok.
