Does Forest Pack Pro have a solution for doing terrain or ground work easily like GroundWiz does?  Procedural and bump maps etc? I.e, brown dirt, green grass, white snow peaks.... Then scatter 3d vegetation on the terrain after.

Or does FPP do everything BUT that?  Huh

No, Forest doesn't include any solution for doing terrain. The software is designed exclusively to scatter vegetation (or other elements).
