Hello, I'm having trouble using the random tint feature. I'm following the tutorial and I am on this section:

Drag the material assigned to the object Forest, inside the rollout Geometry, to a free slot of the materials editor.
    Choose the Instance option.
In this way we can edit the material bush1, which is a material Multi/sub-Object consisting of two submaterials: bark and leaf.
Edit leaf. In the General Maps tab click in the slot difuse.
Now, click in the slot bitmap to the right of the name of the material.
In the list of materials that appears, select Standard, and later Forest Color. In the dialogue box choose Keep old map size sub-map.
Open the Material rollout in the object Forest, set a scale range of 0% to 80% and leave the Color Range to the default values.
    Render the scene:

The instructions seem perfectly clear, but here is my render:

Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks

In this step you should have full 3D trees instead the blue billboards, try to repeat the "Tree Library" step to import a model from library with its materials. After this try to repeat the Forest Material step.

If you can't resolve the problem, please send us the scene to support@itoosoft.com to check it.

It seems I accidentally removed the material from the trees and didn't realize it :/

Thanks
