Itoo Forest pack pro issues

i created a forest in max 2011 and worked on the file for quite a while and saved it couple of time. the last file file i saved and closed and reopened the file all the forest templates were converted into mesh(when u check it in the modifier panel).
all the templates disappear and i have no idea whatsoever to do
please help
