Set in St. Paul’s West 7th neighborhood, Little-Mod redefines urban density with a Nordic-inspired duplex of twelve co-living suites. NOMINN visualised the project using Double Jack’s detailed landscape and Revit data, capturing how the structure adapts to the site’s steep grade and bedrock conditions. The result is a clean, efficient design that fits naturally into its surroundings.
