Bertrand Benoit has published a new set of renders inspired by the American illustrator Hugh Ferriss, famous for his speculative hand-drawn images exploring the consequences of New York's 1916 zoning laws on high-rise architecture. For this set of renders, Bertrand takes the Art Deco American Radiator Building (or American Standard Building) as his subject.
