Unlike other procedural tools, there’s no need to understand programming principles and because RailClone starts with existing meshes, it’s far easier to use and understand than other parametric modellers.

Use RailClone to array segments along paths using one of four tiling modes. Scale mode stretches one segment between the start and end of a path section, while Adaptive mode subtly scales segments so that they fit perfectly. Alternatively, specify a number of repeats to fit or tile geometry and slice the final segment.
Create styles that can adapt to different circumstances automatically with powerful conditional rules based on spline length, vertex type, spline type, vertex angle, material ID, segment count, current position in the array and more.
Use advanced algorithms to deform geometry to follows paths on the X/Y and Z axes. If you prefer not to bend objects, disable these features and the segments will rotate to follow the path.
